It's a new layer of intelligence that's precise, accurate, and immediately actionable.
Getting specific, actionable insights shouldn't require analysts to manually categorize feedback, read through extensive comment threads, or spend hours synthesizing findings into reports. Beyond understanding broad trends, teams need to identify specific customer problems on a very granular level, all without manual work.
Observations automatically extract precise issues with surgical precision, giving your team a quantified list of problems they can prioritize and fix immediately.
