### About this release

You can now get full visibility into how your feedback is categorised via our comprehensive Themes page, which gives you a birds-eye view of every category that’s been generated across your feedback data.

From the themes menu you can see theme names, a brief description of each theme, plus the volume of feedback for that period and the % change. Dive into any theme for more insights, including analysis of that theme’s sentiment and volume over time, an ai-generated summary of the key insights, plus the latest verbatim comments within that theme.
