Multiple Breakdowns on Reports

About this release

Building on top of our redesigned reports view, our new Multiple Breakdowns feature allows you to slice and dice your data by multiples of categories, score, theme, data source, phrases and much more.

So, rather than viewing a report that only shows how one segment - like customer group - performs against a specific metric, you can also dive deeper and see how particular themes are performing within that segment.

Most analytics stop at surface-level segmentation, leaving critical patterns hidden beneath broad categories. You might see that 'Enterprise customers' are underperforming, but not know which specific product lines, regions, or use cases within that segment are driving the decline.

Multiple breakdowns eliminates the blind spots in your data and gives you surgical precision in your analytics.

Here’s what’s included:

Three-layer segmentation: Combine up to three different dimensions in your analysis, to uncover insights you’d miss with just a single breakdown.
Customisable data views: Use any available metadata - whether region, store, product version, agent, or customer segment - to tailor your insights specifically to your needs.
Interactive table view: Drill down into specific data points directly within the reports table view, making complex relationships easier to spot at a glance.

Multiple Breakdowns is currently available in Chattermill’s Reports table view, and is available to all users.
