Chattermill fully complies with GDPR. We have a robust set of solutions to facilitate various GDPR requirements. This includes PII Redaction and data deletion requests.

Data deletion requests

While Chattermill does not collect first-party customer feedback and data mostly comes to Chattermill already without PII data, you might still want to delete data, either for users of the Chattermill system or customer feedback stored on Chattermill.

For removing customer feedback, we offer two methods:

• API: Our API supports deleting a response by ID. Typically you might want to first find a response by a specific metadata attribute such as an email or user ID.

• Email: Email us at gdpr@chattermill.io and we will take care of the rest.

Typically, the API method is best for automated flows, and email works well for ad hoc requests.
