The Academy is for any CX, Support, Product or Marketing professional who is looking to become a more data-driven CX expert. There’s a range of courses covering everything from CX essentials to industry best practices, so there’s plenty to get stuck into.

Which courses can I access?

All courses are available for free. The Chattermill Platform Fundamentals course is only available to Chattermill customers - please reach out to your customer success manager if you can’t access this course.

What’s included in each course?

Each course includes in-depth video content and an examination quiz.

What do I get for completing each course?

Upon completion you’ll receive an email with a link to an industry-recognized digital certificate and badge. You can add both of these to your LinkedIn profiles in one-click.

How many times can I reattempt an exam?

You can reattempt the exam quiz as many times as you would like. You just need to score at least 75% to be awarded your badge.
